Michelle Televantos is a dancer currently living in New York City. She attended University of the Arts, where she received a BFA in ballet and was awarded the Alksej Judenic Ballet Prize. Michelle began her training in West Chester, PA at The Dance Center, the official school of Brandywine Ballet.  She performed as a member of Brandywine Ballet for six years and was featured in numerous ballets, such as “Serenade”, “Carmina Burana”, “Dracula”, and “Nutcracker”.  Michelle also performed with Xhale Dance Company and upon graduation, performed with companies such as “Ballet Fleming”, “Smoke Lilies and Jade Dance Company” and “Contempra Dance Theatre”.

After moving to New York Michelle found a new love for hip hop and contemporary.  She realized you can put more of yourself in the movement as well as tell yours or someone else’s story. She has performed for singers Jline and Kendra Black and has performed in Sybarite, Run the Night, Carnival, Ladies of Hip Hop, Momma’s Hip Hop Kitchen, Funkbox and many more!

Michelle is trained in ballet, hip hop, modern and jazz and currently studies at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, EXPG and peridance. When Michelle is not dancing she enjoys rock climbing, traveling and making others laugh. She is excited for the next step in life!
